D3 and K2 Vitamin: Vitamin D3 & K2 work in synergy to contribute to and maximise bone health, ensuring calcium is deposited correctly where it belongs; in the bones. Vitamin D supports healthy muscle function, normal blood calcium levels and maintenance of normal bones. Each tablet contains a high strength combination of 4000iu Vitamin D3 with 100ug Vitamin K2 MK-7. Indications Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking any supplements. Discontinue use and consult a GP if adverse reactions occur. Do not exceed stated dose. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if seal under cap is broken. Ingredients Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone, MK-7), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide). Directions Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the stated dose.
