You can brew formosa oolong tea ( Taiwan oolong tea) using a teapot with a strainer if you make the drink for a few family members. How to brew the Alishan oolong tea Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp gaoshan tea loose leaf, pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping. After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water which is about 85-95°C (185-205°F) and cover the teapot for 3-5 minutes, and then enjoy. Our Taiwan gaoshan oolong tea soup has a pretty golden color. It has a very light mellow flavor - very good, smooth, and easy to drink, and a deep and complex flavor profile, also has a floral and slightly sweet taste to it.
