Most people ingest between 400 and 800 mg of calcium in their diet. using an average dietary intake of 600 mg per day, Citracal may be used at the 2 tablet a day level to achieve the 1000 mg US recommended daily value for calcium.

INGREDIENTS:

Calcium Citrate, Polyethylene Glycol, Croscarmellose Sodium, HPMC, Color Added, Magnesium Silicate, Magnesium Stearate.

DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 to 2 caplets two times daily or as recommended by your physician, pharmacist or health professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
