- Keep your toes pointed and bend your elbows and open your arms to the side, repeat this by retracing the movements back to position.

Directions
- In order to commence the exercise, spread out both your arms parallel to the ground.
- Open your palms and rotate both arms in clockwise direction.

Sit and Run

Directions
- Take a chair sit in an upright position.
- Extend both of your legs.
- Tighten your core, and move your shoulder blades close to the back of the chair.
- Start bending your left knee into your chest and right leg expanded to the other side.
- Do this in reverse with right knee in chest and left leg expanded.
Reps – We recommend 30 reps and you start to feel the burn.
With and Against the Grain (Anulom/Vilom)
This is a Yoga exercise which is widely practiced in India and many other parts of the world. Yoga is known to regulate body functions and keep all organs in check. Sit with your back straight in a chair, take a deep breath. Breath in with all your organs contracting inside, Use your right thumb to close your right nostril. Repeat the same process with your left side. Repeat this for 20 times. Upon completion, you will feel refreshed and calm.
Skater Switch

Directions
- Sit in your chair, move to the edge of the chair.
- Bend the right knee and extend your left knee in a slanting position.
- The toes should always be pointed.
- Lean while extending your arms and pick up a swift pace.
- Switch to your right side and do the loop of switching. Rest and repeat the same.
Reps - Try doing 30 reps daily.
